Terms of Service
The rules for using Medical Shield AI accounts, credits, payments, and research tools.
Research tool — not medical advice
Medical Imaging AI outputs are informational research artefacts. They are not diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical decisions. Always involve a qualified clinician for patient care.
Accounts & eligibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt payment fraud, or violate these terms.
Credits & subscriptions
Analysis credits, plan allowances, renewals, and resets are determined by the backend. The website displays server-provided balances and must not be treated as an independent ledger.
Payments
Paid plans are settled in SOL against a server-issued quote. A broadcast transaction alone does not activate a subscription; verification and settlement happen on the API. Failed, expired, underpaid, or mismatched payments will not grant credits.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, exhaust rate limits abusively, reverse-engineer payment verification, upload unlawful content, or use the service to harm patients or providers.
Donations
Voluntary research donations made to the published Solana address are separate from subscription payments unless explicitly stated otherwise. Donations are generally non-refundable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular clinical purpose.
