Frequently asked questions
Practical answers about accounts, credits, plans, and Medical Imaging AI.
What is Medical Imaging AI?
A research tool that accepts an imaging study and returns a structured, plain-language report. It is informational only and is not a medical diagnosis or a substitute for clinical judgment.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Medical Imaging AI, credits, and subscriptions require a signed-in account so usage can be authorised and settled by the backend.
How many free analyses do I get?
Eligible new accounts receive a free monthly allowance configured by the API (commonly three analyses). Your Account page always shows the live remaining and total credits from the server.
What happens when I run out of credits?
New analyses are blocked until your allowance resets or you upgrade. The Medical Imaging AI page will prompt you to view plans.
How do paid plans work?
Choose a plan and billing period on the Plans page. The API creates a Solana payment quote with a frozen SOL amount. After you pay, submit the transaction signature so the backend can verify and activate the subscription.
Is sending SOL enough to activate my plan?
No. Settlement only completes after the backend verifies the on-chain transaction against the frozen quote (amount, destination, memo/reference, and confirmations).
Do you store my medical images?
Analysis uploads are processed for the request and are not retained as a long-term imaging archive on our product servers. Account metadata, usage records, and billing data are kept as required to operate the service.
